Imagine a darkly lit tavern with cozy booths, bar area with drink ledges for standers along one wall plus a few bar tables. A casual yet sophisticated simplicity making diners feel at ease after a long work day. These are the perfect ambiance elements for the Logan Tavern. Add to this all an upbeat menu with real wild salmon instead of the farm-raised salmon varieties so many OTHER RESTAURANTS prefer serving for the higher profit margins and lower quality and Logan Tavern has everything to please their diners.Medium rare sirloin arrived actually juicy and medium rare as promised by the server. There were two servers watching our table. Very few restaurants pull this team approach off well, but Logan Tavern succeeded. Their wild salmon was grilled to a perfect medium arriving plenty flavorful and moist with chunky mashed potatoes recommended by one of the servers that did not disappoint. Not a beet fan, these beets in this green salad were tasty. Cheers to Logan Tavern and to the team of Julia W I deliver a rating of 4.5 of 5 for some of the best service in my lifetime.
