This restaurant was listed in the area, so I pulled over the vehicle to eat lunch here. Today’s specials were: crispy chicken caesar 9.25, jambalaya with rice and 1 vegetable 8.95 and baby back ribs with salad bar and 1 vegetable $ 9.95.

I ordered crab cake sandwich served with steak fries and coleslaw. For dessert I chose from strawberry cheesecake, hot fudge sundae, coconut cream pie and lemon cake. For me, lemon cake won the dessert contest. Their desserts are homemade and won’t disappoint.

Vinnie’s menu has seafood, veal, steak, chicken, and soup. Their lunch specials are reasonable and their dinner menu prices are in line on the average with other similar restaurants. It reminded me of the supper clubs my family frequented where the service is downhome yet the menu is upscale at a competitive price. You will leave here having received lots of hospitality and care from your expert server who just might call you dear or say take your time. This is okay with me; I prefer restaurants and stores where the employees are friendly. These are the places I return to and recommend to friends.
