Kolache House Bakery continues to impress me every time I visit. Their interior decor is tasteful, their restaurant and seating is always clean, and they even offer clean restrooms and wifi access. Their bread pudding is moist yet flavorful. People of all ages and stages will enjoy this place and there is parking right out front so this store has convenient access from your vehicle to their front door. They have expanded their opening times to include Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7am-1pm, Thursdays and Fridays from 7am-7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-3pm. They offer lunch specials on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with a good variety of sandwiches and even their own versions of quiche. Kolaches are their signature item in different flavors but their cinnamon rolls are delicious, too. Coffee drinks and hot tea plus cooler options such as water and juice are available, too. So next time you and yours are running errands, stop by Kolache House Bakery for a quick bite to eat or even a snack to reinvigorate you before continuing with your errands and to do list. Their phone number is 540-322-1727. Also, remember to order ahead for special holiday orders so you have enough for your guests and yourself to enjoy.

I adore their garlic parsley chive cheddar and their cheddar cheese. Having tasted cheeses from all over the world, their cheese still ranks amongst my top pick for tasting pleasing to the palate. In addition to cheese, they sell a variety of drinks and juices in single size bottles, desserts, deli sandwiches made to order, coffee, tea and wines from nearby wineries. Their service is friendly and down home. There are tables inside so sit down and eat your meal. All you need to bring is some money/credit card and a cooler to take cheese home with you in the car. Happy and Productive 2008
sellyourhome
is probably the goal of many people or resolutions as others might call their yearly plans. What are we doing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to reach our goals? Are we doing a daily plan by reviewing what is on our agenda for the next day? Are we looking at our progress weekly towards our goals and redoing our goals as needed throughout the year to reflect current bottlestops or progress? Scheduling in time to do those highest value activities early in the day preferably for two to three hours is essential for helping a person reach their goals more quickly. Maybe we need to make more phone calls on a daily basis to reach our desired goal of opening that new restaurant or store we have been dreaming about for five years. What about taking some business courses or enrolling in a course offered by your local Chamber of Commerce to get your business plans ready so you will be able to meet with the banker this Spring and secure the loan to open your store or restaurant of your dreams next year just in time for Spring 2009. What is stopping you? Is it lack of knowledge or lack of business planning? Press on towards fulfilling your dreams and making these dreams your daily reality.
